I’m not a man but I can say the vast majority of guys do not delete. However it doesn’t necessarily mean they want to see the girl again. It just isn’t something they think about so the number just stays there . It’s not like it takes up extra space or affects the function of the phone .
People who delete exes numbers generally tend to be the ones who were hurt when the relationship ended and they delete to take time to heal . This could happen with girls or guys , but I would say the deleting thing is generally more common with girls .
