Am i being paranoid

Back in December me and my bf were kissing,i had red lipstick on so i stained his lips, my cousin saw and she started teasing us,he got embarrassed and wouldn’t stop talking about it later, after weeks passed. He said to me that i shouldn’t wear red lipstick when we’re together because she (my cousin) will teased him again.

Everytime we see each other he’s always asking me about her, how she is doing, etc. There was a time when he bought a motorcycle and while we were riding he told me he would love to give my cousin a ride instead of me, i was a bit upset afterwards but didn’t confronted him about it. They both know each other way before him and i met but it’s still upsetting that he talks so much about her when im with him. He tells me he’s bored and sleepy when we’re spending time together. I feel like he doesn’t really love me.

Sometimes i wonder if he has a crush on her even though she’s married.
