Any advice on Capricorn men??

This is not a Capricorn thing, it’s a guy thing…

You need to get to the bottom of this “change of heart” before you proceed.

My current partner said the same thing when we met. I believed him and knew nothing was going to come of it so I walked away. He came back nine months later but this time he was saying the opposite of what he said before and I called him on it, reminding him of what he told me. His response was that he was in a different “headspace” back then and being the naturally cautious person I am watched him closely until both his words and actions matched. That was four years ago and we are still going strong.

This has nothing to do with an astrological sign but where a person is at emotionally. Men and women of all signs go through it during different periods of their life or feel that way their entire life (fka “Bachelors” or “Spinsters”).
