Recently my boyfriend of 6 months was setting up his Apple TV in front of me. He said he deleted his dating apps when we started dating seriously. When he signed into Apple TV his apps loaded. The normal stuff loaded, including Tinder. From what I understand, Apple TV mirrors your active apps. When it popped up, he said he didn’t know why it was there, it isn’t active and hasn’t been in a long time and he pointed out another random app he said he doesn’t use either. What do you guys think?
RavenYou don’t believe him ?
TammyWell he certainly hasnt deleted tinder. I wldnt make an issue out of this. But i wld be a little watchful over the coming weeks to see if there are any red flag and then take it frm there. It is possible that he frgt to uninstall.
ClawsWhere there is smoke, there is fire. My viewpoint differs from @Tammy
tammyI had a dating app on my phone, and I deleted it. but after some time, I realized that I basically just deleted the icon but had forgotten to uninstall. Hence, I suggested that it is possible that he forgot to uninstall.
AngelI You said he showed you another app that he has uninstalled but did he take out his phone and show you it isn’t there? I 100% differ from Tammy it is a big deal if he still has it on his phone, as he told you he deleted them. So he is a liar. What else is lying about? And then 2 if he was lying about the whole ‘ he doesn’t know how it got there ‘ why is he lying? What does he have to hide?
Ewathis is a bit complicated, because I know tinder when you delete the account but still has the app, it will keep send you notification to join back. I would probably be suspicious but I had dating apps before but my account was deleted, I sometimes don’t even realise I have them at one point I had 3 dating apps but I wasn’t on any of them.
