Me (35F) was texting X (39M) on bumble. Over the last 5 days everything was going well. He seemed very interested and would ask lots of questions and reply consistently. I in turn, showed interest and asked him questions back. He asked me what I do for work and when I told him I’m a doctor the texts from him started to slow down and he started to take longer to respond. Any thoughts?

Don’t read into it too much. He could be talking to 20 other ladies or just busy with life in general. Don’t get so caught up in text conversations or give any worries until after you have actually physically dated someone and even then it should be after quite a few dates.
He could just not be interested for whatever reason. Hopefully you are talking to others and not putting all your eggs in one basket. Give him the same energy he is giving you.

Eliminate spending so much time texting. A date should be set right away because you don’t want to waste time texting a man you’ll never meet. When I was dating I limited all the talking and texting before and date because lots of people just seemed interested in talking but never meeting up.

it’s dating , but I would say he might have lost interest knowing you probably earn more than he is
