Change of pet name after break up.

Hiya all, I use to post here while ago but this is new relationship that I would like your opinion on.

My boyfriend of 2 years and I broken up May of 2020 – we got back together end of July of 2020.

Things are going well – and spending the same amount of time as we use to – communication is back to normal, we have sorted out any issues we had before which caused the break up and we both want to be each other.

But there is one small thing that is bothering me he does not call me by the same nickname as before instead he just calls me “babe” which I use as well but I’ve always used it.
But he had his own unique pet name for me.
I really wanna it back but I feel I am pushing it too hard to fast.
Or is it okay if I just ask?

If you feel everything is resolved and there are no other issues then i think its fine to let him know you like that nickname and miss it. My man sends me two lovesongs a day. I cant really recall how this started but i think i said something about liking to get a lovesong. A specific one. But not i get two a day for years already lol. So be careful what you ask for haha
