There is a guy at my work who is always flirting with me. The Problem is that he doesnt ask me out. It has been two months now. Only once he talked to me. We had a Smalltalk. He asked where i would come from and we talked about work. He flirts and when were are alone he just says Hi. It is frustrating me because i feel atraccted to him. Why he is doing that? I already thought about me asking him out. Or should I ignore him? I dont know anything about him. I feel really bad. Please i need some advice

It is very subtile what he does. He smiles at me, winks and so on. Its hard to explain. Then he starres at me as if he wanted to say something but just says hello or sometimes he says nothing.

Don’t date a co-worker… No matter how much they might wink at you.

You don’t know this guy. You’ve spoken once. He could be married, or have a girlfriend. People can be flirty at work, it doesn’t mean anything should come of it. Considering this guy doesn’t even speak to you, I wouldn’t read anything into his behavior. If he were interested in getting to know you, he’d talk.

I am sorry to say but winking or smiling it’s not a sign that someone is flirting. If so then all of my old co-workers are flirting with me ! Oh no !
You’re attracted to him so you’re looking for some signs he likes you too but I think he doesn’t…
And yeah never date someone from work no matter how hot they are
