Well last night I lit my life on my fire… I had every intention of giving up alcohol for Lent and then decided to consume a bottle of wine by myself. Thank heavens I’m not catholic right? The destruction I am capable of from my couch is absurd really. I have been seeing this man for 6 months who gives me the runaround. I’ve tried to distance myself but for whatever reason I am so into him. Last night I professed my love for him via voicemail and text. He did not reply. Brb going to hide under a rock for a few years.
LaneOuch! May want to do the Lent thing next time :o)
Miss_AWe all make mistakes. The important thing is to forgive yourself and move on. By “giving you the runaround,” do you mean he’s acting flaky, hot and cold, that sort of thing? If so, it’s pretty clear this is not the right relationship for you. Don’t you agree you deserve better?
Emma RitterAccording to me, Whenever I have drunk with my mate so always my mate cares me more so my love always for my mate increase every time. Me & my mate always hangout with each other and we have spend more & more time. Whenever we will drunk together that time we always look each other eyes and share their feelings into each other. We don’t hide any things and all.
So Drunken profession of love is very realistic & very memorable moments for me. Thanks for posting & remembering me all those moments again.
Radtad225Thanks for the replies guys! By runaround I mean… he constantly cancels plans but turns around and says he cares about me so much he’s just very busy with work getting off the ground. I definitely deserve better. He is much too old to behave in this manner. I am 32 and he is 47.
aliaHe was a lost cause even before the bottle of wine by yourself. From now on don’t buy a bottle of wine by yourself. Make sure you always split it with a friend.
