Met this guy a month ago and he’s been pursuing me for awhile. First night we met up he cooked and baked cookies for us. he begged me to come over again and i did. But the second time i ended up spending the night and we had sex. I stayed again this week. But he’s being wishy washy
He asks me weird questions like “why you didn’t text me yesterday?” Or why didn’t you give me a hug when i walked in?” “ why you don’t bring extra clothes over so you can spend the night?”
When he’s in the phone with his friends he’ll say things like “my boo is over here right now so i can’t come over”
He lays on me and cuddles my legs
He asks to buy me food when he goes out
And if he goes out he begs me to ride with him
The problem is he always puts the ball in my court for spending time with one another… so i don’t think he likes me
What do you mean he puts the ball in your court? He asks you to invite yourself over?
Sounds like perhaps you need a talk in which you tell him how you feel and see what he says about how he feels. If you’ve slept with a man, you really shouldn’t have to be mooning over if he likes you.
What do you want out of this? Sex? A relationship? Talk to him. It sounds like you are both insecure about what the other wants.
I would like to date him but maybe I’m throwing poor hints
I see.
You’ve had sex with him. You should be able to say that. Just sit down on one of these dates and mention that you’d like to date/be in a relationship. As in, use those words, no more hinting. BEcause you’re both doing a lot of hinting but it’s not clear if you’re on the same page.
