He asked me to block him after three years

So for the last time I tried to give my relationship a try.. me and him were Together for three years. When me and him got together I thought he was a good man. But the last day that me and him called it quits was after Halloween day. After he came from a party with his friends.. I called him the next day when he woke up and I missed him and I was so happy to hear from him but he claimed that when he was partying he said he was loyal to me and he only wanted me. But I don’t believe that now after he asked me to block him. After I told him I missed him he got mad that I called him on his phone just to tell him that and said that I woke him up and started some unnecessary drama. I was telling him over and over that I needed space because of the drama it was too much. But no he didn’t let it go he kept starting drama with me for absolutely no reason and I continue to ponder about it. He kept fighting with me until I said that I wanted to leave. He told me to block him and said that I wanted to leave him that I couldn’t stay. Him and I were in a long-distance relationship for three years now and we were planning to get married and live together finally after being away from each other for so long. But it hurts
