He ghosted me after 5 months of dating… How do I move on?

First time posting here. I’m going thru the same. I’m just gonna say mine, cause I’m hurting, like all of you. My guy was USMC veteran, he recently broke up with me, but kind of left the door open so he can come back. Basically he never told me he was leaving, and exactly after 5 months. I got pregnant with our child and he forced me into abortion, saying we are not ready and that we need to get to know each other better, said many hurtful things and didn’t grieve with me. After everything was done he moved away, 2hr 30mins and don’t tell me, lied he was getting medical care and he was taking care of his kids, from previous marriage. Shortly after he blocked me on fb, right before Christmas. Then his bday came and I sent a text, wished him well, don’t know if he got it or not. He might have blocked my number too, I don’t want to find that out. We have not spoken since december 22nd.
