How do I win this guy who “just got out of a serious relationship and am not looking for anything”
I am probably not a stereotypical kind of woman – I don’t like to wait for man, I chase. And I like that I am successful at chasing them.
I recently got a guy’s contact (I asked) and I wanted to ask him out, nothing serious – just hanging out, unless he want anything else! He work near where I live and I have access to his work.
I think he may have hesitated but the text I got from him was “I just got out of a relationship and am not looking for anything right now” – note, it’s not “anything serious”, it’s “anything”.
I am not looking to develop a relationship with him at the moment of my life, but I really like him and want to spend some time with him. I don’t mind being a “rebound” or anything casual – whatever suits him but I want a chance with him!
I am definitely not going to be clingy or asking for “exclusive” after he just broke up. It is not what I want anyway.
Does it help if I make myself look good when I see him (makeup and dress etc)? I don’t think I am ugly (from the past experience) but I don’t know how else I am going to convince him and win him over? I don’t want to do the texting anymore, can I just go visit him and talk to him face to face?
If you are so successful chasing, why are you here asking for advice?!
Dont feel the trolls. Made up story. Moderator, please look into.
Oops, feel or feed…
This dude is saying “no, not interested”, so you don’t go after him. We wouldn’t give advice to a man trying to pursue a woman despite her saying no, and the reverse is true as well.
