I have a feeling of not being attractive enough to be loved and I end up with guys who don’t love or appreciate me. What do I need to do to stop this once and for all so I can be in better relationships?

Therapy and adopting a radical self love program. Reading articles on types of attachment so you can address what type of attachment you have. Reading Ask Polly online. Reading dating advice and information about the differences in how men and women fall in love and view relationships. Exercise to help you be calm, less anxious and feel better about your health. Be good to you. Tend to you. As said — learn to love you.
