You blocked him already. If he could not understand the message, that means he had “expectation” from you, perhaps he thought you would have still stuck around and be easy and let him call you whenever he wants and be casual.

You don’t need to care why and how he cares his concern of you blocking him, the main reason you blocked him to begin with stays, he wants to see other girls and you are not his “the one”.

You don’t owe him explanation. Block him everywhere, don’t let him stalk you. Who knows maybe you don’t be his sheep intriguers him, now he wants you and asking you why you don’t want him. Ekkkk~
