Sometimes he seems interested and sometimes not. I do seem to be the one chasing. I always text first and he always replies. If I stop do you think he will intimidate contact or come around more?
Initiate contact sorry for you typo.
What do you have to lose?
Hi-stop all contact. If he does not reach out in a week, forget him. If he contacts but does not ask you out very soon, then forget him. If you do not hear from him-the answer is obvious! Good luck.
Thanks guys. Y’all are right. I’m cutting contact and seeing what happens. At this point I have nothing to lose anyway.
He’ll contact you if he’s interested. If he doesn’t, you’ll know he’s not interested and at least you can move on.
Is this a man you know, have met in person? Or a texting thing? If you have nevmet him, assume he’s texting others whom he has never met.
Have you ever been on a date with him?
I’ve been on a date with him. He is shy. He hadn’t been on a date in 4 years before me. He has shared custody of his kids and he does stay very busy.
Good advice above. Let us know what happens.
Never pursue a man.
Whenever I’ve pursued a relationship in the past, it’s always been that they didn’t want anything, so they would have an excuse to leave or not be serious or committed, etc. etc. If he is this shy, there is no way he wants to be your boyfriend. Leave him alone.
Depends if you still want to chase someone that doesn’t seem to be that interested. Do you think he’s worth it?
Only one way to find out. Stop contacting him. That will give you your answer.
