Is he ghosting me or is it just bad timing?

Hey guys, I could really gain some insight on this!

So, I know this guy through mutual friends, we follow each other on social media and have spoken a little at parties in the past, but not a ton of conversation because I had a boyfriend last year. (but we broke up and I’m single now lol)

Anyways, he replied to one of my stories on Instagram, then I replied to one of his, and we started chatting through Instagram right as the quarantine started. He was messaging me every day for over 2 weeks, seemed really interested in me, and we both agreed that it would be fun to see each other after the quarantine, but then his grandfather passed away, and he kindof stopped messaging me.

Obviously, I understand that a death in the family is very difficult so I’m giving him space, especially since I don’t know him too well. But I haven’t heard from him in 2 weeks, so I guess I’m just curious… do you guys think he’s just dealing with a lot and he’ll come around after the quarantine? Or is he just not into me? Haha thanks!
