Is he Interested in me or not?

Saw an attractive guy on IG and decided to shoot a DM and he responded. We spoke for a few days there until I decided to give him my number. He finally texted me like 3 weeks after giving him. We spoke and it was fun. He asked me about myself and complimented my pics. Until he stopped texting. For a whole month. I decided to text him to check on him. He replied quickly and we started talking a bit. I wanted to see if without me coming up with topics to perlong the convo if he would this time as he did prior so I replied with a OK and he didn’t even read it from then. He is a very sweet guy but i just dont know if he has the least interest in me.i think about him night and day. I need some advice please. I have never met him in person.
