My boyfriend started to act like a stranger

Actually I know my boyfriend for more than a year we were friends(we won’t communicate often), recently we started dating and for 3 months it was like I’m in a heaven he shared everything with me.he asked me for suggestions and all went well no misunderstanding and we were happy. Suddenly one day he started to act like a stranger previous day we were very normal. No fights between us and I’m damn sure I didn’t hurt him. Even now when I ask anything he just reply me and started to behave very formal and stopped sharing his things, I thought he need some space so I didn’t asked him anything after 10 days. Today I asked him what happened did I hurt you and I said we are drifted apart he answered me that I didn’t hurt him. Then I said him that I feeing like you hate me now,now I hurt him. I really don’t know what to do now 🥺🙏
