Problems Posting to Forum

I keep being unable to reply to a forum post I made. It is frustrating when I am trying to have a conversation with the other people posting, lol. I have tried posting in different web browsers and both on my phone and on my computer. Nothing works. It happened once before too on a different forum post I had made. I had to wait like a week before I was able to comment again. Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone know why this is happening?

Hi L,

There are certain things that the forum automatically blocks you from doing, including:

– linking to external websites
– talking about other products
– talking about anything that contains the words: spells, witchcraft, voodoo, priest, etc.

This limitation came about because of spammers abusing these features. The banned words are due to a particular type of spammer that likes to comment on the internet, letting you know that they’re a witch doctor that can cure AIDS and get your ex-back… nobody actually falls for it but it’s annoying and distracting, so it’s blocked.

Outside of that, I can look into it — feel free to reach out to me on Facebook and let me know the email address that you post under.

It’s important that you stick to one e-mail address for all your posts, since the system auto-detects when a person is changing email addresses and names for different forum posts (this is another anti-spam, anti-troll security mechanisms that sometimes blocks “the good guys”)
