Hello guys, please advise me, thank you. I’m 29 and he’s 30. I discovered he played me for one year, led me on and never wanted anything serious with me . This made me suffer a great deal and I finally confessed my feelings to him, asking him to properly give us a chance. To which he textually responded : “You’re a nice and cool girl, but I’m frankly not interested, I have someone and we’re not compatible” . That nearly crushed me. Mind you I’m actually attractive, just not his type I guess, and we were never intimate, but he realised I caught feelings for him during that time . I said okay, and proceeded on blocking him , told him before, trying to make him understand that I have to withdraw because it’s really hard on me. A few weeks later I discovered he just unblocked me on another number I have, where he had blocked me initially . without ever initiating any conversation. I’m thinking on blocking him again ?
TiredFORGOT TO TELL YOU : Before blocking him, I actually told him that if he ever wanted to try something with me, he knew where to find me. Otherwise, I’m just living my life and getting over him.
RavenYes, block him & move on…
ErinHoney, just block, block, block.
No ‘if you change to your mind… ” statements, it just tells him you have nothing else to do but just wait for him to come around, and that’s a not a cute look. You are saying him playing games with you for a year is okay, no, no, no, respect yourself enough not to give men a pass on treating you like crap.
He told you, “You’re a nice and cool girl, but I’m frankly not interested, I have someone and we’re not compatible”. Believe him. He told you under no uncertain terms that he’s not into you and he as another girl, after wasting your time. You were the side chic in this case unfortunately.
Just move on no take backs or social media hovering.
TiredGuys, thank you so much …
