Not too forward and I don’t see that message as meaning he just wants casual. I agree with Tom. Life’s short! There’s no harm in putting yourself out there a bit as long as you’re not actually chasing a man. Everyone loves a compliment.

I think calling his handsome is sweet and flirtatious. Be yourself. As long as you don’t feel needy and desperate in your heart, your actions that genuinely reflect your feelings will not put any man off and if they do, screw him!

Omg…seriously? Are things so bad that we have to ask people on a forum if saying hey handsome is too forward?? Its fun and flirty and if offence is taken or he thinks your being too forward then move on to someone who can do lighthearted and flirty…plus where the hang did someone get he only wants casual from his text???? Good grief if we all read into texts so much we’d never have relationships…
