There’s a certain guy I met on train..we have mutual friends together. He introduced himself to me on the train. We had a little chat and then next day he sent a request on instagram. I accepted..we started texting then. Now my query list.
1. He asked to talk on call, I don’t feel comfortable so i asked to text, he said he was okay with it. I have become such a loner I don’t like to talk to anybody, yet I want a boyfriend.
2. He has been flirting casually but i am not joining although he seems nice and I wouldn’t mind dating him.
I am just sabotaging something good that might happen to me. Since my break up I am unable to form any new date connections. I get the urge to run away pretty soon. I want the self sabotage to stop and I want to have a good date with him on Saturday or Sunday. He has asked me to meet 3-4 times.
Any pointers on how to date would be welcome. I really don’t know what is too fast, when to be okay if the guy wants to kiss etc. I know nothing. I mostly get guys who seem too keen but don’t really do anything significant.

I think you need to stop overthinking, you haven’t even gone out with him yet, so you might not even like him that much.
Agree to meet him and see how you feel after. Then you can start thinking how to proceed.

I just know that he studied in one of the top engineering colleges in the country. And is my best friend’s ex boyfriend’s friend. We have casually spoken once over Instagram and Facebook and were friends on Facebook from before. But we never met. We met that day on the train. When he heard my name he realised he had heard about me hence he decided to speak. That’s what he told me. But yeah that was confident of him.
And you are right..I should go out with him and see if i even end up liking him that much or not. I will stop the overthinking
