Tinder advice..

I have met this guy in tinder which actually is a foreigner working in my country. He said he is into me, and he isn’t activating his tinder anymore until the last time we both talk about it in our second date. But i do stalk his tinder profile, and saw that he actives couple of times although not often. So, he lied to me? But despite of him i was still continued on playing tinder, to get my options available.
We have just been dating like three times in the schedule that he decided, and now he hasnt been texting me for three days. Should I text to ask about his day?
He never texted much before, usually he texted me only to initiate meeting.
And he always asked me out on weekdays after he finish work, and saturday night. Never out of those times. When I asked him about his activities on saturday afternoon, or sunday he was not answering. He refuse to tell me his address, and declined when i suggest for coming to check on him when he was sick (he asked me for dinner instead).
So, what is this? Is he playing me? Is he really into me? Is it possible that he actually had another girl?
