I saw on instagram my boyfriend liked a post last week that said “my therapist said People don’t abandon people they love, they abandon the people they’re using.” What does that even mean?
The quote just means that if somebody abandoned you they were probably using you in the name of love. And your boyfriend liked that quote. I don’t really understand why you have a problem with that…or am I missing something?
