Boyfriend is avoiding having a serious discussion. I told him I didn’t want to talk to him until he’s ready to have the conversation. I won’t be reaching back out to him first. Did I do the right thing?

He went on vacation. He sent me a pic. With the live feature on the iPhone I saw there was a woman standing next to him. He tried to say he was photobombed. It was so obviously a lie. I don’t care about who he was with. I just ask that he tells me what really happened. He’s not trying to maintain the lie but he is also avoiding the discussion.

Boyfriend: yeah, this feels safe and not at all like she is freaking out over nothing and does not trust me.
