I was hanging out with a male friend and we had gone to a few bars. We were walking and he was picking on the oversized hoodie I had borrowed from his mom. He put my hood up and told me I looked badass. I said he was just making fun of me and he kept saying he wasn’t. A little later he got really serious and quietly said “I actually think you look cute.” I was shocked. Is being called cute a good thing? He had also told me earlier we would never be close friends, he has enough friends. He said he didn’t mean to come off mean, he just didn’t want to have the friend convo.
