Why did he unfollow me?

Feel what you feel. It’s allowed. He will do what he will do; it’s also allowed. You’ve invested too much energy into what this man does. Doing so will destroy you. Invest in yourself immediately. Do not rely on social media for any sense of reality or self-worth. It should be used for entertainment purposes only. Get back out there in the real world. Stop letting this guy’s actions dictate your happiness.

Are you willing to ask him why he unfollowed you?
If you do…could be he gives a bs answer…”must have done it by mistake.”

maybe he DID do it by mistake

Sooo..you won’t know by asking him, or probably won’t believe him because you have made this such a HUGE issue.

So why go through hell trying to work it out.

As a guess…if you disappeared from social media for a month, maybe you weren’t appearing on his pages so he had no reason to until now? Maybe he just never got round to doing it before? Maybe he was having a friend cull? Maybe he met someone?

It really is impossible to say.

The good news is you’ll feel less anxious and be able to move on better if he’s not popping up on your social media all the time.
