Why did she ditch me?

Two months ago I matched with a woman on tinder.
We started chatting and spoke daily.
She would ring me and we would chat a few times a day,especially on weekends when we were off work.
We had a date and it went well and we chatted the whole time and laughed.
We quickly organised another date for Sunday (two weeks ago we booked ) I booked and paid a £20 deposit for our table.
We chatted about it a lot and she said she was excited and would sent me screenshots of drinks she thought I would like.
She said she wanted to come with me car shopping as I’m a soft touch and didn’t want them to rip me off.
She told her mum and friends about me.
Told me I was going to love her nephews.
Spoke about which side of the bed I would have
So obviously I assumed she liked me.

Then last Thursday she asked if I wanted to go for a late night drive but I was at work so said I couldn’t but was excited to see her next.
She would send me “morning gorgeous “ texts etc
Then Saturday she started posting snaps on Instagram of her in a towel and pics you would put on it you were trying to impress people.
Then she tagged a girl in a song.
Anyway didn’t think much of it but noticed from Friday she wasn’t that chatty.
Reading texts and replying ages later.
I noticed it and had a gut feeling she was talking to this girl.

Yesterday she texts “sorry I’m just not ready to date,will you delete my number”
I asked if she had met someone else and she said no.
Then she blocked me on everything.

I looked on tinder and low and behold there she was.
With a updated pic she sent me two weeks ago.
Her account later disappeared

What did I do wrong?
Did her head get turned by this girl ?
Do you think that’s why she blew me off?
How did she go from non stop talking,being excited for our next date,talking about the future to nothing.
Just gone,blocked
I feel so disposable
I know we only spoke for two months but she made me believe she wanted to see where it went.
