Some time ago, an employee of a restaurant where I eat from time to time with my mother gave me his phone number and asked if I was looking for someone. As I wrote to him, he ignored me and deceived me. I do not understand this. If he has lost interest, he could let me know in another way. But he pretended he wanted to meet me and then ignored me. He knows me and my mother. How can he do that with a regular customer. What do you think? I dont contact him anymore and im thinking if i should stop visiting this restaurant although it has been my favorite restaurant for years.

You posted about this already, under the name Linda in the thread “He doesn’t remember me”. You got good advice on that thread.

You waited a month to text him, you said on the other thread. And you only visit the restaurant occasionally. He flirted, he gave you his number because you refused to give him yours, and when you texted a month later he didn’t remember who you were.

I’ll repeat what I said in the other thread: let it go! He’s a total stranger and doesn’t owe you anything. He probably genuinely forgot who you are. There’s a good chance he gives his number to many women since he’s a flirt. Stop going to the restaurant if it bothers you that much, it’s your choice.
